How it works

Simple, structured, and built around your athlete. Three steps to get started.

Tell us about your athlete

Fill out a short intake form covering sport, position, academic profile, and recruiting goals. This gives your advisor the context they need before your first session.

Get your recruiting roadmap

Your advisor builds a personalized roadmap covering your timeline, target schools, film presentation, outreach strategy, and what to expect at each recruiting phase.

Execute with your advisor

Monthly 1-on-1 sessions keep your recruiting moving. Your advisor reviews progress, answers questions, adjusts the plan, and guides your family through every decision.

Scout referral? Athletes referred by a scout are automatically evaluated for Tier 2 placement and receive priority onboarding.
